Ellie Soucy

President and Founder

Ellie has been making her mark in the industry for over 20 years. Originally born in Jamaica, Ellie grew up in Rochester, NY, to eventually live in Dubai and Hong Kong before settling down in sunny Florida. She started out her career with Inc Magazine after getting dual degrees in accounting and criminal justice. At Inc Magazine, Ellie was appointed to oversee a newly developed program to include CEO symposium, employee conferences and customer loyalty conferences. Most recently, Ellie successfully started Incentive Meeting Services, and she hasn’t looked back since. She has also been granted the position of Vice President/Membership for SITE Florida & Caribbean. With all that Ellie has accomplished, she still manages to find free time, where she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and playing games.

Jo-Ann McKeon

Program Manager

Jo-Ann first joined the IMS Team as an on-site Program Coordinator in 2016 and moved into the planning arena as a Program Manager the following year. With 18+ years of corporate meeting & event planning experience, Jo-Ann quickly became an integral part of our team, putting her out-of-the-box problem solving skills and innovative ideas to use whenever challenges arose. IMS clients have come to rely on Jo-Ann’s logistical guidance, suggestions, and creativity that continues to bring our meetings & events to the highest level possible.

Megan Leslie

Director of Operations

Megan is a recent graduate student from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management, concentration in Event Management and minor in Entrepreneurship. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of her life and loves everything it has to offer. From a young age, Megan has always been very creative, coming up with innovate ideas in both her personal and work life. She joined our team as Event Coordinator, and is excited to use her skills and abilities to create wonderful experiences for our clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, shopping and staying active.

Elizabeth Soucy

Meeting, Convention and Event Coordinator

Elizabeth is the Meeting, Convention and Event Coordinator at Incentive Meeting Services. With 2 years of experience in marketing and on-site event management, she expertise and creativity to her role. From her background as a full-time music educator, Elizabeth has recently transitioned to a full-time part of the world of marketing and events world. When she's not coordinating memorable experiences for clients, she enjoys spending time with her two pets Luckee and Whiskey, exploring the outdoors through hiking, playing the violin, and giving back to the community through volunteering.

Diana Cortes

Travel Manager

Diana serves as the Travel Coordinator at Incentive Meeting Services. With over three years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and on-site event management, she is well-prepared to address all your travel-related questions and concerns. A proud alumna of Georgia State University, Diana works remotely from Atlanta, a city rich in cultural diversity. Despite her roots in Tampa Bay, she frequently returns to visit friends, family, and enjoy the beach. When she's not managing travel itineraries and flight bookings, Diana explores Atlanta with her partner, seeking out antique shops and wine vineyards. She also treasures downtime spent with her partner’s dog, Huey, enjoying movies and popcorn.

Rena Trembly

Data Entry Specialist II

Rena holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management, a significant achievement she earned while juggling a full-time job and raising her youngest of five children. Her dedication to advancing her education amidst a busy life speaks to her strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth. Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Rena is passionate about a variety of hobbies that bring joy and fulfillment to her life. She loves spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new baking recipes, indulging her creative side through crafting, and immersing herself in captivating books. Travel is another one of Rena’s great passions, allowing her to explore new places and experience different cultures. An avid admirer of sunny weather, Rena thrives in warm climates and prefers to avoid the cold. Her vibrant personality and diverse interests reflect her dynamic and lively approach to life.

Joyce Felicier

Registration Manager

Joyce is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in her field of study. Having always lived in the vibrant Tampa area, Joyce has a deep appreciation for her hometown’s culture and community. Recently, she embarked on an exciting adventure, spending six months in Spain teaching English, which fueled her passion for travel and cultural exchange. Joyce loves exploring new places, and her favorite destination so far has been London, where she enjoys the blend of rich history and modern vibrancy. Her experiences abroad have enriched her perspective and deepened her love for discovering new cultures.

Luckee

Certified Office Dog

Woof! I’m Luckee, the 12-year-old black lab and one of the heart and paws of our office! I joined the team to help conquer my extreme anxiety—new people and places used to make me quiver like a Chihuahua in a snowstorm. But here, I’ve found a safe and loving environment to turn my fear into tail-wagging friendships. Adopted with the name Luckee, I’ve brought a bit of luck (and a lot of love) to the team.

I’m a master ‘redecorator,’ always arranging my stuffed animal toys just right, especially my beloved stuffed unicorn. No naps without it! When I’m not busy perfecting my toy arrangement, you can find me making a splash at the beach or pool—swimming is my jam.

My snacks of choice are microwaved popcorn (shh, don’t tell my humans!) and sliced strawberries, a sweet treat after a ruff day. My ideal workday? Finding a cozy desk to nap under! I also love visits from my four-legged friends in neighboring offices—they really add to the paw-some atmosphere, even if I sometimes get a little nervous.

Garth, and Trudi are the esteemed Bark-eting Managers and Paw-some Morale Captains at IMS. Garth, our tail-wagging ambassador of cheer, paws-itively uplifts everyone's spirits with his playful nature.

Trudi, the cuddle expert, brings fur-ocious comfort and serenity to all who seek her snuggles. Together, this dynamic trio creates a pawsitively pawsome and welcoming atmosphere, making our workplace feel like home. When not spreading happiness, you can find them unleashing their energy in parks, chasing squirrels, or enjoying paw-dorable belly rubs from their adoring colleagues.
